Parties of 20 or greater will need to pre-arrange a special menu. We do not charge a room fee but there are minimum per person spending requirements.

Plan your next party at Zambra. Our semi-private dining spaces offer a variety of options for any social or corporate event. Our semi-private rooms offer space for groups from 8 to 20 people and are ideal location for showers, corporate dinners, and meetings. The entire restaurant or portions of it can be used for larger private events, allowing groups of up to 100 to be accommodated. Parties 20 or larger will need to pre-arrange a special menu.

A 25% reservation fee may be required to confirm the date and space at the time of booking.
A final confirmation or guaranteed number of guests is required by 1:00 pm five business days prior to the event. You will be charged the guaranteed number or number served, whichever is larger. Zambra will not be responsible for service to more than 5% over the guarantee.
A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage.
If an event cancels ten days prior to the scheduled date, a refund of the reservation fee will be made. The reservation fee is non-refundable if canceled within ten days of the function date.
ALL DELIVERIES AND SET UP OF MATERIALS MUST BE APPROVED AND COORDINATED WITH RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT.
